There is enough praise on Zillow already for John Steinbergs, but having chosen John recently to sell our home in Talent, Oregon, we are going to have to add to the accolades because everything people are saying is true! I have bought and sold many homes over the years and I have never had an agent as personable, organized, and thorough as John is. We chose to sell right during the holiday season well after the peak summer months and didn’t expect a lot of activity on our listing right away. Boy, were we wrong! Because of John’s efficiency in getting our home into multiple with beautiful photographs right away, we had agents clamoring to show our home immediately after the sign went up and had 4 full price cash offers to choose from by the close of the first day. I’m not saying John is entirely responsible for creating this kind of interest because it is true the market is hot right now and there are not a lot of homes available this time of year. But he did everything in his power to make sure our home got noticed and then followed up by negotiating a great deal. As others have said, he is diligent about keeping his clients informed and on track every step of the way and answers every text and phone call right away so you know you can count on him. I felt completely confident in the whole selling process with him in charge and, no surprise, the sale was completed without a hitch. I highly recommend him to others who are about to list a home or who are looking for a home to buy. You could not find a better agent to represent you ANYWHERE!!!
