I’m usually skeptical about on-line reviews but in John’s case the five stars are all warranted. I had a 5 day window in Ashland during which time John showed me around the city, helped me understand the market, and put together an offer on a beautiful home which was accepted the day after I returned home. We spent quite a bit of time in the car that week and I found John to be professional, well-versed in the Ashland real estate market, personable, and incredibly patient and good humored. Our due diligence work went smoothly thanks in large part to John’s recommendations and we closed in less than 3 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about working with John.
